My husband, Jason, and I have a son at Sloan; Emerson (4th grade) and a future Sloan student at home, our 3 year old son Jameson. Emerson enjoys playing, watching and reading about all sports, but particularly baseball and soccer.. I was the previous secretary for the PTO and have also chaired the After School Activity committee, co-chaired the Fundraising Committee, and volunteered for classroom parties and , and the Dance-a-Thon,. Outside of Sloan, I am a Global Product Manager at Philips. In our free time, our family loves to travel, trying new foods and spending time with our friends and family.

Tricia Mitchell, Vice President, sloanptovicepresident@gmail.comMy husband, Dominic, and I have one son; Anthony will be in 3rd grade this year at Sloan. Anthony enjoys anything that has to do with sports, but particularly baseball and basketball. We are at the baseball fields all summer! During the school year I volunteer for many of our functions such as the Dance-a-Thon, clerical, book fair, field day and the duck race. When we aren’t involved in sporting events we enjoy going to Pirate games and spending time with our family and friends.

My husband, Ben, and I have two son’s; Nate who is in 1st grade this year and Kyle who is in the 10th grade. I have served as homeroom parent for both of my boys and I have volunteered in many areas at Sloan over the years. I also served as Book Fair Co-Chair and Tyson A+ Education Labels Chair in 2009. Outside of Sloan my husband and I have owned and operated a Chiropractic office locally since 1996. Our family is very active year round in local Boy Scout and Cub Scout activities. We enjoy spending time reading, hiking, biking, swimming and participating at our parish.

As Co-Treasurer my duties include presenting treasurer reports at the PTO meetings, monthly review of bank reconciliation , making all  bank deposits, and to keep in touch with assigned committee chairs.

My husband, Art, and I have two girls at Sloan; Maggie (4th Grade) and Addison (2nd Grade). They both enjoy a variety of things and look forward to signing up for new adventures. Maggie plays softball, basketball and soccer, Addi is going to give basketball a try this winter and they both recently signed up for horse back riding lessons. This is our fifth year at Sloan, and my fifth year as being the Treasurer for the PTO.
I have actively participated in the Science and Arts fair and the Dance-A-Thon since I joined the Board, in addition to being homeroom mom and volunteering in the classrooms for various events. I am the Manager of Central Accounting at Evoqua Water Technologies where I have been since February of 2016. Prior to that I was a manager in PNC’s Finance Capital Reporting team. Our entire family is very involved with JDRF (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) due to the direct impact it has on our family. I like to run in my spare time, Art enjoys golfing and our girls like doing just about anything outside – swimming, hiking, bike riding or just hanging out with their friends and cousins.

My husband, KC, and I have two girls at Sloan.  Brynn is in 5th grade and Shea is in 4th grade.  Both girls are in school band and multiple activities that keep us going all the time!  I have enjoyed assisting the PTO for many events including Holiday Shops, Book Fairs and parties.  For the last two years, I co-chaired the Science Fair.  As a family, we enjoy hiking, watching movies, reading Harry Potter and visiting new places.

As PTO Secretary, I take minutes of all assembly meetings, publish the Sloan E-News and manage our website, sloanpto.com.
