PTO Vacancies

We wish to extend a sincere thank you to next year's new and returning Committee Chairs. Because of your willingness to
dedicate your time and talents to our PTO, we will be able to continue providing enrichment opportunities and resources to our students and teachers. Without you, our organization would not function.

Between now and June 7, we need to find volunteers to fill the remaining Officer and Committee Chair vacancies. The

Treasurer's seat is open. If you're interested in this position, please contact Michelle McFall at michellemilanmcfall@gmail.com.

Although we have not yet filled the Co-Secretary vacancies, Debby Rhea and Wendy Lindeman would like to be considered for them. Nominations and voting for the Secretarial positions will take place at the beginning of our final PTO Meeting of the year on Thursday, May 8th at 9:30 AM. A full quorum of 10 or more Members is required for elections, so please consider attending.

Lastly, we need Chairs for the following Committees:

Bus Driver Appreciation; Fall Family Fun Night;

Kindergarten Welcoming / New Student Orientation (a Co-Chair to work with Jodi Horvath); the Science & Art Fair; and Volunteer Recruitment. If you would like more information about these committees, please contact Debby Rhea at kafking@hotmail.com.

Thank you,

Your Sloan PTO Board
