PTO Meeting

We'd like to extend sincere apologies to those who may have been inconvenienced by the cancelation of last week's PTO Meeting due to the inclement weather predictions. That meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, March 18 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria. All Sloan families and staff are invited and encouraged to join us. We'll be covering usual business as well as reviewing some important policy and procedural courses followed by the PTO's Officers, Committee Chairs, and Co-Chairs. We will also review protocol for Members who require clearances or who would like access to the PTO website for publication purposes. We look forward to seeing you there and to holding another raffle. One lucky attendee will win a movie and popcorn party for his or her child's/student's class

Anticipated Committee Vacancies for 2013-2014

We are very fortunate that so many of our current Committee Chairpersons would like to return to their positions for the 2013-2014 school year, if reelected. We are also fortunate that other Members have stepped forward and expressed interest in leading committees next year, as well. Currently, however, there are several committees which no one has yet expressed the desire to lead. If you'd like to become more involved in our PTO, please consider lending your time and talents to fill the anticipated vacancies that are described below. The Voting Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 4th at 9:30 in the LGI. Please plan to attend if you'd like to be considered for a committee position. If you cannot attend the meeting, please submit your name to Debby Rhea at, and the Board will nominate you in your absence. Thank you for your consideration! For a full listing of Committees and descriptions, please click here.
